Sleep Apnoea / Snore Guards
During sleep, muscles relax, including those that control the tongue and throat. The soft tissue at the back of the throat can sag, narrowing and constricting the airway.
If you or a loved one display symptoms such as snoring, excessive daytime sleepiness, pauses in breathing or teeth grinding while sleeping, you may have sleep apnoea. Treatment can include a C-PAP machine or an oral appliance fabricated by your dentist.
